Manufacturer’s Warranty

In addition to our own workmanship warranty, we also offer manufacturer warranties on the roofing materials we use. For example, our preferred shingles from CertainTeed and Owens Corning offer strong coverage for material defects, typically ranging from 30 years to a lifetime, depending on the product.

Commercial Roofing Warranty

Manufacturer’s Warranty

As with our residential services, we provide manufacturer warranties on all commercial roofing materials, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, and polymerized membranes. These warranties generally range from 10 to 30 years, depending on the product and manufacturer.
